Margildi is an innovative startup that has created a new refining technique for producing human-grade fish oil with omega-3 fatty acids. Their current focus is on pelagic fish from the Arctic North-Atlantic, such as capelin, herring and mackerel, which contain high levels of stearin. To that end, they have developed a patent-pending fast winterization process to refine these fish oils.
